Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain our properties, including handling work orders, preventive maintenance, and preparing units for new residents. You will document activities, manage materials, and assist with grounds care to keep communities safe and appealing.

This on-site role requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage, with EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1, Type 2, or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All state/local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing via make-ready, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials and inventory by tracking usage and notifying supervisors for re-orders.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
