Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of its properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose problems, complete repairs, and manage the make-ready process for vacant units.

Responsibilities include documenting work, managing materials, and assisting in grounds maintenance while adhering to OSHA and internal safety standards. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal.
• Certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems.
• Complete work orders and make-ready tasks for vacant apartments.
• Inspect work, document tasks, and track materials and supplies.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities and support safety practices.
