Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform repairs, inspect units, and support grounds and common areas to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include completing resident work orders, coordinating make-ready tasks, and maintaining inventory. Valid EPA certifications and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Manages materials inventory and notifies supervisor when re-orders are needed.
