Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring safety and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, and document work orders while coordinating with vendors as needed.

EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; travel between Cypress Heights and Sycamore Heights, and occasional evenings or

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Track inventory and coordinate with maintenance department.
• Document service requests for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing parts when possible.
