Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Cleveland, OH to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will diagnose defects from resident requests, perform make-ready tasks for vacants, manage supplies, and document work orders.

The role requires EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and on-call availability including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance aptitude across building systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues per policy and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Makes-ready for vacant units and manages punch lists.
• Manages materials and inventory; documents work.
