Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to ensure building systems and common areas meet Greystar standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose and repair issues, run routine maintenance, and support make-ready tasks for occupied and vacant units.

The role requires 1–2 years in housing/property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and EPA refrigerant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related field.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Manage inventory, stock materials, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting.
• Support cost-control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
