Job summary

Greystar seeks a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and function. The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks, inventory and documentation, and basic grounds upkeep.

Required EPA certifications for refrigerant recycling (Type 1/II or Universal), a valid driver’s license, and state/local certifications.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Maintains inventory and documents service activity.
