Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of a property, perform repairs, and ensure safety and quality standards across buildings, grounds, and amenities. This role involves completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, and documenting tasks to support smooth operations.

Applicants must hold EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant-recycling certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• State/local certifications as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing by performing pre-move inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and basic repairs as required.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
