Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building components meet safety and quality standards in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready units, inventory management, documentation, and site maintenance.

Certifications such as EPA Type 1/II or Universal are required, and a valid driver’s license is needed to operate property equipment.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property depending on property size.
• State/Local jurisdiction certifications as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet Greystar standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate punch lists with vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and notify maintenance for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for record-keeping.
• Assist in grounds keeping, cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
• Periodically inspect contractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
