Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property facilities meet company standards for safety and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, doing make-ready tasks, inventory management, and maintaining documentation. Must hold EPA Type 1/2 or Universal certifications and a valid driver’s license; OSHA safety training is required. Expect light travel to support multiple properties.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required and valid per state/local jurisdictions.
• Ability to read and follow safety policies, codes, and procedures.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to support other properties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems to meet safety and code standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks and pre-move-out inspections with accurate punch lists.
• Manage materials, supplies, and documentation for service requests.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and general property upkeep as needed.
• Participate in safety trainings and ensure compliance with OSHA and local rules.
