Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge optional.
• Basic computer skills and OSHA awareness expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee all maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for safety and quality.
• Manage maintenance inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
