Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operations of a housing community on-site. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk, ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines while driving resident satisfaction and performance.

You will develop annual budgets, supervise leasing activities, and coordinate maintenance with a focus on cost control and revenue enhancement. Regular on-site presence and leadership are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and apply Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community under supervision of Regional Manager.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff following company directives.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor budgets.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and resident charges to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure property appearance, safety, and compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.
