B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support on-site operations at our Gainesville community. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive revenue, control expenses, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

This role involves leasing support, unit inspections, team leadership, and maintaining safety standards, with a focus on service excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to maximize revenue and manage expenses within budget.
• Oversee rent collection and coordinate with collection agencies as needed.
• Respond to resident service requests and ensure timely resolution with the maintenance team.
• Inspect units and common areas to ensure standards are met and support unit turns.
• Assist in leasing activities including tours, applications and lease execution.
• Provide training and support to on-site team members and ensure safety/compliance.
