Job summary

Two Coast Living in Fresno, CA is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of our multifamily community. You will support daily property operations through routine cleaning, light maintenance, and resident service, working with Maintenance and Property Management teams to enhance the resident experience.

Responsibilities include keeping common areas tidy, reporting maintenance issues, and delivering professional, friendly service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of experience in multifamily, hospitality, facilities, janitorial, landscaping, or customer service preferred.
• Porter/groundskeeping or residential maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exceptional property cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Demonstrating reliability, accountability, and strong attendance.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues proactively.
• Assisting the Maintenance Team while developing technical skills.
• Providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
