Job summary

Volarify is seeking a Project Manager in Moorestown, NJ to lead large-scale restoration and reconstruction projects, ensuring quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

You will serve as a technical expert on complex projects, coordinate field operations, manage budgets and schedules, and support catastrophe response efforts as needed. This role offers opportunities for professional development, including estimator training, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial restoration or construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and project specifications.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Experience supervising field personnel, subcontractors, and multiple project teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage projects exceeding $1 million in value.
• Willingness to travel periodically and participate in catastrophe response assignments when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and client communication.
• Oversee field operations and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Review daily progress, milestones, and report challenges to leadership.
• Maintain complete project documentation including photos, reports, and logs.
• Coordinate and qualify subcontractors and vendors throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare documentation for invoicing and manage time-and-material aspects.
• Travel as needed and work evenings or weekends when project demands require.
