Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead restoration projects from planning through completion. You will ensure timely, profitable delivery, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and secure written contracts and payment terms to protect project margins.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and effective communication with customers and third parties, including engineers and property managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) with 3–5 years of construction/restoration project management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or construction management preferred.
• Knowledge of building/construction/restoration processes and profitability drivers.
• Understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and budgeting.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; Xactimate experience a plus.
• Ability to translate remaining work into manpower planning and job costs.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed profitability targets on managed projects.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Plan and execute projects to completion per contract.
• Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects.
• Ensure accurate production paperwork flow from site to admin.
• Coordinate resource planning with schedulers for technicians and crews.
• Track equipment usage on company jobs.
• Maintain state-of-the-art technology in service delivery.
