Volarify in Springfield, Oregon is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Restoration & Mitigation to oversee restoration and construction projects from planning through completion. You will manage scopes, schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining clear communication with clients and subcontractors.

The role may involve CAT response and occasional travel; long hours, nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration, mitigation, and construction projects from scope through completion (on-time, within budget).
• Develop project scopes, coordinate schedules, manage resources, and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Provide professional communication with customers, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including time, budget, and change orders, and report progress to management.
• Review daily requirements, document progress, and communicate challenges or changes.
