Job summary

The role supports emergency response nationwide and offers growth into estimating roles. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, documenting progress, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while adhering to codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration or construction projects.
• Ability to scope, schedule, and manage large-scale mitigation work.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale water, fire, and mold mitigation projects with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate with estimators and vendors; oversee crews and field personnel.
• Maintain field documentation, progress reports, and client communications.
• Support national emergency response efforts (CAT duty) when needed.
• Uphold compliance with building codes and industry best practices.
