• Develop detailed scopes of work with minimal estimating variances
• Prepare floor plans, sketches, and roof diagrams using Xactimate Sketch
• Maintain knowledge of local building codes and industry standards
• Develop and monitor project budgets, addressing cost variances
• Prepare estimates, revisions, proposals, and change orders
• Coordinate schedules with trades and project teams to ensure timely completion
• Identify site hazards and ensure safety compliance
• Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, vendors, and management
• Support continuous improvement and safety training programs
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
