Volarify, an Amsys Company, is seeking a General Manager in Anaheim to lead all branch operations, drive growth, and ensure exceptional service across mitigation, reconstruction, and restoration projects.

You will own P&L for the branch, build and motivate teams, maintain safety and quality standards, and partner with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading a restoration-focused organization.
• Strong business acumen with multi-million dollar P&L responsibility.
• Track record in operations and/or sales leadership within service-driven industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations including sales, mitigation, reconstruction, administration, and customer service.
• Oversee P&L performance for the branch, manage cash flow, costs, and profitability; monitor KPIs.
