Volarify in Englewood, CO is seeking a dynamic General Manager to own branch operations, drive growth, and lead a high-performing team focused on restoration services.

You will oversee sales, mitigation, reconstruction, administration, and customer service, while managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs to achieve financial and operational excellence. This role rewards strategic initiative and people development in a growth-oriented national provider.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a service-oriented business.
• Strong business acumen with P&L oversight.
• Experience leading operations and/or sales teams, preferably in restoration or construction.
• Ability to energize and develop teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Growth mindset with fast learning and adaptability.
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations including sales, mitigation, reconstruction, administration, and customer service delivery.
• Oversee P&L performance, managing cash flow, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
• Build and motivate high-performing teams through hiring, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure excellence in project execution, compliance, and safety across service lines.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to execute growth plans.
• Drive local market expansion and strengthen customer relationships.
