Job summary

Redbock - an NES Fircroft company in Draper, Utah is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing regulated manufacturing operation. You will lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, applying a common PM methodology to ensure scope, schedule, and deliverables are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of project management or coordination experience, with hands-on ownership of projects in regulated manufacturing. Onsite work five days per week in Draper, UT is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience with critical projects in regulated manufacturing.
• Ability to develop charters, timelines, and communication plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project charters, timelines, and communication plans.
• Establish scope, milestones, and deliverables with responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align with timelines.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and action items.
• Facilitate meetings and report status to stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and follow up on actions.
• Apply consistent PM methodology across teams.
• Support sustaining activities in regulated manufacturing.
• Identify schedule/resource/technical risks and elevate issues.
• Maintain organized project records and status reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
