Job summary

Boccard Life Sciences in Riverton, Utah seeks a Project Manager to plan, execute and close projects for the Food & Ingredients, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, and Brewing sectors. You will manage resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet time, scope and budget requirements.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering and 5+ years in PM or process engineering, with strong communication and proficiency in P&ID, Isometrics, 3D drawings, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical, chemical, manufacturing engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of proven experience in Project Management or 5 years’ experience as a Process Engineer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of P&ID’s, Isometrics, layout, 3D drawing and functional description.
• Experience planning staffing and coordinating internal/external resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the project according to Boccard PM system and internal best practices.
• Deliver On Time, On Spec, and On Budget for assigned projects.
• Track performance and manage budgets; report variances.
• Prepare quotations and support technical alignments with clients.
• Coordinate shop fabrication and onsite installation.
• Organize acceptance tests and project handover.
• Schedule startup and communicate status to stakeholders.
