Job summary

Redbock - an NES Fircroft company seeks a Program Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the Global Program Lead, driving cross-functional planning, execution, and risk management across development assets from early clinical development through commercialization.

You will develop and maintain integrated development plans, ensure alignment across teams, and guide programs to milestones, while communicating with senior leadership and governance committees.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of drug development program management experience.
• Experience from early clinical development through commercialization.
• Strong understanding of global drug development processes and regulatory submissions.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Program Lead to develop and execute integrated strategies.
• Lead cross-functional planning across clinical, regulatory, CMC, nonclinical, and commercial functions.
• Develop and maintain integrated project timelines, scenarios, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate governance and decision-making to meet milestones.
• Lead program-level risk management with timely escalation of critical risks.
• Monitor budget and resources; support annual planning.
• Drive cross-functional communication across global teams.
• Present updates and strategic considerations to senior leadership.
