The ideal candidate will be methodical, data-driven, and able to work with manufacturing technicians, quality, and cross-functional teams in a regulated environment. Onsite presence in Draper is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required with focus on manufacturing/process engineering.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred (medical device/pharma).
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support and sustain manufacturing processes to meet yield, output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Investigate issues and identify root causes using data-driven methods.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and CI methodologies to challenges.
• Analyze process data to identify variation sources and improvement opportunities.
• Use statistical tools like Minitab to support decisions.
• Lead or support small CI projects focused on yield, scrap reduction, and efficiency.
• Assist with changes within a regulated quality system and validation activities.
