Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Technical Manufacturing to lead multiple NPD/R&D projects from concept through production. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline required.
• Five or more years of PM experience including NPD/R&D to client delivery.
• Experience spanning from concept to manufacturing release and product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for R&D, NPD, and engineering design.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Gather customer requirements and translate into engineering/manufacturing specs.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables through lifecycle.
• Communicate status, milestones, budget, risks, and actions to leadership and customers.
• Use Microsoft Project/Planner to manage execution and mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and improve delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
