Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, BioMed Engineering, Materials Science or similar.
• 4+ years of relevant medical device or regulated industry experience.
• PM Certification (PMP/CAPM) preferred.
• Strong project management, prioritization and delegation.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee multiple high-stakes projects within the innovative medical device industry. Join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects deliver excellence on time and within scope, all while managing valuable external partnerships.

As a Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and manage project changes that impact scope, budget, and deadlines. You’ll monitor progress, resolve operational challenges, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision, all while working in a collaborative environment that values precision and professional mastery.

Required Skills

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
• Excellent analytical and evaluative judgment based on factual data
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional knowledge in engineering, with applied experience in regulated industries such as medical devices
• Strong communication skills for managing internal teams and external contractors

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience in managing projects within the biomedical or related regulated sectors
• Familiarity with project management software tools
• Additional certifications such as CAPM or PMP (Pmp Certification preferred)

Preferred Education And Experience
