Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Site Leader to provide world-class on-site leadership for large, long-duration projects involving power and thermal equipment. You will act as the primary Vertiv service on-site technical representative from start-up through site acceptance testing and project completion.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with customers and sales reps, and partner with the Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, long‑duration projects from start‑up to completion.
• Strong on-site construction knowledge for data centers and critical infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary on-site teams and coordinate with customers.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and STOP WORK authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Represent Vertiv at customer meetings and coordinate daily schedules.
• Lead start-up and site testing activities and ensure manpower availability.
