Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Site Leader to provide world-class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. You will act as the on-site technical representative, collaborating with project managers to drive cost controls, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leading a multi-disciplinary team, speaking at daily customer meetings, and ensuring safe, efficient start-up and site testing activities with proper reporting to

Qualifications

• Experience leading start-up and commissioning of power and/or HVAC equipment.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial construction management.
• Six years military experience in a related field.
• ASEET/ASMET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary on-site team including Project Leaders, Installers, Technicians, Customer Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and coordinate equipment/activities on-site.
• Lead start-up and site testing activities; ensure sufficient manpower for start-up work.
• Provide daily status reports to Service Management, Project Management, and sales.
