Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an on-site Site Leader in Phoenix to guide large, long-duration projects involving power and/or thermal equipment. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with the Project Manager, and maintain strong customer relationships from start-up to project completion.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to schedules, and effective communication with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive project outcome.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership on large, long-duration projects.
• Experience in data center infrastructure or similar critical facilities.
• Strong communication with customers, teammates and stakeholders.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for large, long-duration Vertiv projects including start-up and commissioning.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team and coordinate with Project Manager to control cost, schedule and resources.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and ensure alignment of daily activities with schedule.
