Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Site Leader to provide world-class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. You will be the on-site technical representative, coordinating with customers, co-workers, and managers to manage cost, schedule, and resources while ensuring a positive customer experience.

The role requires leading diverse on-site teams, speaking to technical requirements in daily meetings, and driving start-up, site testing, and safety

Qualifications

Experience in industrial construction management or related field.
Leads and participates in start-up and commissioning of power and/or HVAC equipment.
Six years of military experience in a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial construction management.

Responsibilities

Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
Lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team and coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
Speak to technical requirements in daily customer meetings and coordinate site activity.
Lead start-up and site testing activities and ensure adequate manpower.
Provide daily status reports to Service Management and Project Management.
