Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Site Leader to provide world-class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. You will be the on-site technical representative, coordinating with the Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence, and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include leading a multi-disciplinary team, representing Vertiv in daily customer meetings, and guiding start-up and site testing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and actively participating in start-up and commissioning of power and/or hvac equipment.
• Ability to manage on-site teams and coordinate multiple disciplines.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead on-site team including Project Leaders, Installers, Technicians, and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv in daily customer meetings and coordinate schedule with on-site parties.
• Lead start-up and site testing activities and ensure adequate manpower.
• Provide daily status reports to Service Management and Project Management.
