Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Site Leader to deliver world-class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. You will act as the primary on-site technical representative, coordinating with the Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence and a positive customer experience.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team, engage with customers daily, and ensure safety and quality across all startup, site testing and commissioning

Qualifications

• Experience leading startup and commissioning of power and/or hvac equipment.
• Strong ability to communicate with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for large, long-duration projects.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to drive cost controls and schedules.
• Lead startup and site testing activities and ensure safety compliance.
