Job summary

Vertiv Site Leader will provide world class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. The on-site technical representative collaborates with project managers, customers, and subcontractors to drive safety, schedule adherence, and quality outcomes.

Role requires startup and commissioning experience, strong leadership, and clear communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading start-up and commissioning of power and/or HVAC equipment.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial construction management.
• Able to read electrical one-line diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to build and maintain trusting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team of project leaders, installers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and coordinate on-site activities.
• Lead start-up and site testing activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure sufficient manpower on-site each day for startup and testing.
• Provide daily status reports to service management, project management and sales.
