Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Site Leader to provide on-site leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. You will be the primary Vertiv on-site representative, coordinating with the Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedules, and resource management while ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team, communicate with customers, and oversee start-up and site testing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading start-up and commissioning of power and/or HVAC equipment preferred.
• Six years’ military experience in a related field is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial construction management.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead and coordinate on-site team including technicians and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and communicate technical requirements.
