Job summary

First Onsite - US is seeking a Project Supervisor in Oklahoma City to lead on-site teams, manage safety programs, and ensure projects run safely, within budget, and on schedule.

You will coordinate delivery teams, monitor progress, and communicate with project leadership to resolve issues and keep customers satisfied. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and flexibility to meet changing project needs.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
