Qualifications

• 2+ years as Assistant Project Manager or similar role.
• Skilled in construction drawings, specs and take-offs.
• Experience with DR (disaster recovery) or GC environments.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Review subcontractor proposals, scopes, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation: logs, reports, inventories, records.
• Coordinate with leadership on scope, buy-outs, and reserves.
• Perform billing reviews, audits, and invoicing.
• Monitor risks and address schedule or budget issues.
• Respond to on-call needs and manage crews 24/7.
