Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Project Supervisor in Oklahoma City to guide on-site teams, manage resources, and keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate delivery teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

You will serve as the bridge between field crews and project leadership, communicating progress, addressing issues, and ensuring adherence to First Onsite policies and safety programs while delivering

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Create project schedule for crews and subcontractors.
• Fill in as needed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and inventories.
• Maintain daily logs of conditions, activities, and events.
• Prepare reports and admin documents.
• Manage receipts and approve change orders.
• Conduct daily on-site safety meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps.
• Maintain vehicle/equipment; ensure readiness.
• On-call with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
