Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Project Supervisor to organize on-site activities, optimize resources, and ensure work stays on schedule, within scope and budget. You will direct delivery teams, assign tasks, monitor quality and safety, and communicate with field crews and leadership.

You will maintain project documentation, coordinate subcontractors, and keep daily reports and timesheets up to date, while upholding safety programs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work.
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approval change orders.
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign‑in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response.
• On‑call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
