Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across projects in Florida.

You will coordinate delivery crews, assign tasks, monitor progress, and serve as the bridge between field teams and leadership, maintaining First Onsite policies and regulatory requirements while delivering projects on time and within scope. A valid driver’s license and 4+ industry certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents
• Manage receipts and approval change orders
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours
