Job summary

Primoris Energy Services, based on a project site in Central Texas, seeks a Project HR Advisor to monitor manpower needs and work with project management on HR issues, safety training, and onboarding through start-up.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial construction HR, excellent interpersonal skills, travel flexibility, and strong MS Office proficiency; SHRM/PHR is a plus. Per diem potential may apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in industrial construction HR on project sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment/labor law and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel and work at a project site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manpower requisitions are completed and approved by supervisors.
• Provide resumes to review and approve; manage pre-access requirements.
• Coordinate with departments to mobilize candidates to site.
• Support recruitment campaigns and niche-role hires.
• Train supervisors in HR practices and coach on-site staff.
• Enforce disciplinary policies and site procedures.
• Process terminations, rate changes, promotions, and other updates.
• Maintain compliance with trade certifications and client/company policies.
