Ideal candidates bring HR and 2+ years of administrative or field-based construction experience, plus bilingual abilities. This on-site role requires flexibility for long hours and some weekends on construction sites.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience required.
• 2+ years administrative experience.
• 2+ years field-based construction experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish/Creole/English highly desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel and work on construction sites.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work long hours including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and orientations with recruiting team.
• Process new hire, rehire, and transfer paperwork.
• Track craft performance management paperwork at project level.
• Support site HR Supervisor and craft professionals.
• Assist with investigations and safety training coordination.
• Generate reports and support special projects.
• Perform general administrative duties and payroll assistance.
• Schedule events such as benefits enrollment.
