Job summary

Primoris Energy Services in Texas is seeking a Project HR Advisor to monitor manpower on site and resolve HR issues with project management and supervision.

Based on a project site in Central to North Texas, the role offers potential for a 7-day per diem and requires 3–5 years in industrial construction HR advisory, with strong MS Office skills and confidentiality.

You will coordinate with recruitment, ensure policy compliance, and provide supervision training and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in industrial construction/oil and gas with project site HR advisory preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work at a project site.
• Understand employment/labor law and confidentiality; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Possess strong organizational skills; SHRM or PHR designation asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manpower requisitions are completed properly by supervisors with approvals.
• Provide resumes to review/approve and coordinate pre-access requirements (drug screens, background checks).
• Coordinate mobilization of candidates to the job site with various departments.
• Work with recruitment to coordinate targeted campaigns and niche roles.
• Deliver supervisor HR training and coaching at all levels of supervision.
• Enforce disciplinary policies on site and ensure policy compliance.
• Process terminations, promotions, rate changes, and other updates.
• Maintain required trade certifications and documentation.
• Assist with site administration and cross-coverage as needed.
