Primoris Energy Services, based on a project site in Central Texas, seeks a Project HR Advisor to monitor manpower needs and work with project management on HR issues, safety training, and onboarding through start-up.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial construction HR, excellent interpersonal skills, travel flexibility, and strong MS Office proficiency; SHRM/PHR is a plus. Per diem potential may apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in industrial construction HR on project sites.

Responsibilities

We offer these services to our clients within the refining, gas processing, chemical/petrochemical, hydrogen, power generation, mining, pulp and paper industries from the first groundbreaking activity all the way through commissioning and start-up of the project. Primoris forms a partnership with our customers and major stakeholders from early-stage engineering through construction completion and commercial operation, safely, on-time, and within budget.**SUMMARY**Reporting functionally to the Primoris Energy Services HR Manager and operationally to the Project manager, the Project HR Advisor is responsible for monitoring and addressing manpower requirements on site and working with project management and supervision on any HR issues that may arise on site. The position will be based on a project site in Central to North Texas.
