Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a field-based bilingual HR Generalist to support site HR operations for our craft and staff construction teams on a Hubbard, TX project. You will collect and review HR paperwork and assist with site personnel needs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

This onsite role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong communication skills.
• Experience in field-based HR within construction is preferred.
• Ability to manage onboarding and HR paperwork on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates onboarding and new hire paperwork with recruiting.
• Conduct orientations and process federal/state onboarding documents.
• Track site HR paperwork at project level and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with management and craft professionals from HR perspective.
• Assist with investigations and training coordination as needed.
• Coordinate benefits open enrollment and on-site events.
• Generate reports and support general HR administration.
