Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Hubbard, TX project. This field-based role supports the site HR Supervisor for craft construction personnel, handling onboarding, paperwork, and compliance while fostering strong relationships with management and crews.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR/administrative roles, is bilingual (Spanish/Creole/English), and can travel to construction sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience
• 2+ years of field-based construction experience
• Bilingual: Spanish/Haitian Creole/English
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel and work on construction sites

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with recruiting team to verify craft orientation new hires and onboarding completion.
• Conducts orientations and processes company, state, and federal new hire, rehire, and transfer paperwork.
• Tracks craft performance management paperwork at the project level.
• Cultivates a partnering relationship with management and craft professionals while maintaining an HR perspective.
• Engages productively in business discussions and may assist with investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinates with training and safety departments on necessary trainings and site events.
• Assists with on-site HR compliance programs and reporting and general administrative duties.
