Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Project Document Controller (PDC) for an onsite contract in Hillsboro, OR. The role alternates between project document control and administrative support, reporting to the Project Manager.

Typical hours are daytime, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of PDC experience, familiarity with CAPEX Autodesk Construction Cloud, and strong skills with MS Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in engineering, business administration or equivalent field or work.
• 2-5 years work experience as PDC.
• Experience with CAPEX Autodesk Construction Cloud (repository).
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, and CAPEX document management system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Document control experience with ability to handle administrative tasks.
• Self-starter, organized and able to take notes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project documentation and provide operational assistance to the Project Manager.
• Enforce COMPANY documentation policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement project document management procedures and training.
• Create and update the Project Document Controls & BIM Plan in CAPEX Projects.
• Archive files and ensure access for team members; maintain electronic workflows.
• Set up document status tracking and report look-ahead and overdue documents.
• Handover documents to COMPANY site repository and ensure site standards.
• Manage site onboarding for badging and IT support.
• Coordinate visitor access and escort, assign training and track completion.
• Coordinate calendar scheduling and general project administrative tasks.
