System One Clinical & Science is seeking a Project Document Controller (PDC) for Hillsboro, OR. The role is contract-based and onsite, with compensation around $30–31.32 per hour in daytime business hours, Monday through Friday.

The PDC will manage project documentation and provide Administrative support to the Project Manager. The incumbent will develop and maintain the CAPEX document management procedures, train the team on documents workflows, and ensure access to critical files.

Competenze

• 2–5 years work experience as PDC.
• Experience with CAPEX project documentation in ACC Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling both document control and administrative tasks.

Mansioni

• Manage and monitor project documentation while providing operational assistance to the Project Manager.
• Adhere to and enforce COMPANY policies and procedures for documentation.
• Implement project document management procedures and training sessions for the team.
• Develop and update the Project Document Controls & BIM Plan in CAPEX Projects; BIM planning support.
• Archive files and ensure access for all team members; maintain electronic document workflows.
• Set up document status tracking based on milestones and look-ahead/overdue documents.
• Oversee handover to COMPANY site repository and compliance with site standards.
• Coordinate site onboarding for badging and IT support, and manage visitor access.
• Assign training and track completion; manage calendar scheduling and meetings.
• Provide general project administrative support to assist Project Managers.
