Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager who serves as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and the escalation point for client questions. This role drives long-term strategy, KPI management, and collaboration to align with the client’s objectives.

Responsibilities include growing and retaining accounts, building relationships with HR and Operations, presenting reviews, and ensuring service levels while maximizing fill rates and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and customer service focus.
• Proven leadership of recruitment or service teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience meeting KPIs and SLAs and driving account growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, align with client business objectives.
• Develop relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services across conversions, temp, and perm placements.
