Job summary

The Adecco Group in New York is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, guiding daily recruitment activities and ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives.

You will build strong client relationships, manage a recruitment team, monitor KPIs and SLAs, price and sell services, and position the program for ongoing success through data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by building strong client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction as evidenced by surveys and business reviews.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts through professional organizations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
• Retain clients while improving fill rates and time-to-fill, and maintain high NPS scores.
